CESAR offers a number of programmes and services in order to meet the unique needs of students and to help students save money. For detailed information about these programmes and services, follow the links on this page.  We work hard to save student money by participating in bulk purchasing programs through the Canadian Federation of Students.  Further, we are committed to working with organisations with fair job practices and genuinely seek to assist students rather than use them for profit.
